Well after disabling that setting, now I'm testing further and I noticed that if I open PowerPoint and click add-ins, I'm still freely able to install anything.

microsoft outlook Why do Gmail IMAP servers seem out of sync with webmail servers?

Even if I have an account with zero message I need to click to see the new ones there are no numbers appear.
